Dissemination Events in July

The final part of this Sense of Place Project consists of a Dissemination Event held in each country. Members from the other countries are invited to attend, as well as anyone in the local and national communities who is interested.

Dissemination Event Dates are:
UK – Friday 1st July 2011
Hungary Monday 4th July 2011
Italy Friday 8th July 2011
Latvia Monday 11th July 2011

Preparation Day for UK trip to Latvia

On Friday 3rd June the UK has its preparation day at the Rotunda (10am-3pm). Those going to Latvia will be looking into what they wish to present to the other participants when they go. Everyone will also be considering the Dissemination Day, which is planned for Friday 1st July at the Rotunda.

Getting Ready for Hungary

Groups in Latvia, Italy and the UK are preparing to visit Hungary in April. Our Hungarian particpants are preparing for our visit, and will meet us in Budapest on April 11th.

All visiting countries are holding Cultural Awareness sessions to get ready for some of the challenges and interesting things they will experience.

UK Group Update

Hello everyone,
It’s been a while since the first visit to the UK. Our group are now
starting to prepare for their visit to Udine in a few days.

The dates are: Arrival Sunday the 19th of September 2010
Departure Thursday the 23rd of September 2010
The UK group are actually arriving a day early because of flights and will stay the first night in Treviso before coming on to Udine on the Sunday.
